All Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (IEPs) are developed by a BCBA and reviewed by a BCBA-D. Behavior intervention plans are based on results of a comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) that takes place with one of our qualified staff.
These plans focus on utilizing antecedent strategies and reinforcement to acheive desired learning outcomes and to minimize and ultimately eliminate negative behaviors and habits.
Our IEP development includes the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) which is an empirically validated approach used to teach individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities a variety of skills and curriculum. ABA instruction in constantly evolving with ongoing research that continually validates its effectiveness. Our team closely monitors these studies and findings to ensure that the best approach is being used in each IEP we develop and review.
